Course Overview:
This course is a MUST for all students. Students will build their own startups while learning through the case studies of different companies. This course uses management techniques from leading technology companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, Microsoft, J&J and many more. Students will learn valuable skills in planning, organizing, time management, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication.
