Applied Management for SMARTer Students – Created by UC Professors and Students – Build your own START UP

• Target Audience: 7th to 12th Grade Students
• Course Duration: 10 Sessions (1 hour per session) 
• New 10 week batch
• Time 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST 
• 10 Classes – 10 weeks  Saturday
• This course is a MUST for all students. Students will learn important life skills for college, communications, decision making, emerging as a leader in group settings, and the by product is that they will build their own startups while learning through the case studies of different companies.
• This course uses management techniques from leading technology companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, Microsoft, J&J and many more. 
• Tentative Schedule – 
  • Introduction to Management – Under the hood peak of big business brands and how we already are doing it.
  • Goal Setting and Planning – Case studies and where big companies messed up.
  • Time Management – Case studies and common business setups for entering new markets
  • Organizing Tasks and Resources – Big organization chains and start of YOUR startup
  • Resource Allocation and Budgeting – Your startup now adds resources for Local and International markets.
  • Study Techniques and Exam Preparation – AI based free tools for effective learning and test taking
  • Handling Stress, Decision Making, and Problem Solving – Risk management in your Startup
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills in AI LLM world – Add AI to automate your StartUp daily tasks.
  • Developing Leadership, Teamwork Skills and Decision Making skills – We throw curveball situations at your startup and give you solutions.
  • KPIs and Goal Setting for the Future + Project Presentation
