• 10 Classes – 2 weeks – Monday – Friday 
• Course Overview:
  This course is a MUST for all students. It introduces students to essential management techniques and takes them from becoming Homework Hero to the Leader in Group presentations. This course uses management techniques from leading technology companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, and Microsoft. Students will learn valuable skills in planning, organizing, time management, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication.
• Instructors: We are honored to have UC professors and students for the creation and instruction for this course. Our instructors for this course come with at least a decade of experience working with both MAMAA brands and startups in Silicon Valley. Our instructors are hand picked and are seasoned professionals with a wealth of knowledge and practical insights.
